Main Duties
- Evaluating business processes, business requirements and proposing improvement areas to meet client requirements
- Leading in the review, documentation and alignment of business processes
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Generating, documenting and analysing user requirements
- Effectively communicating with cross-functional teams including software development teams, clients, management and other stakeholders
- Providing leadership, training, coaching and guidance to junior staff
- Managing projects, developing project plans and monitoring performance to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to specification
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Owning and being accountable for Business Process Reengineering, Business Process Management and Change Management processes
- Defining project scope, timelines and allocating resources to drive cost and operational efficiencies
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any relevant field. Master’s degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in business analysis, project management or related field
- Solid experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
- Solid experience in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Resourceful and organized with sound business acumen
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
- Excellent technical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
