Main Duties
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Developing short, medium and long-term business growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Developing goals for business development and growth and ensuring they are met
- Leading in market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Managing business meetings, communication and relationships with vendors, distributors as well as existing and prospective clients
- Promoting the company’s products and services
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Developing, coaching and mentoring staff
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in IT industry
- Experience in managing communication with vendors (such as Oracle, VMware, Cisco) and distributors
- Very good marketing and sales skills
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Clean driving license
